Background and Credentials

Dr. Michelle Phillips was born and raised in Johnson City, NY. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Le Monye College in Syracuse, NY. She continued her education at SUNY Upstate Medical in Syracuse, NY, receiving a Master’s in Public Health.

She then graduated from University at Buffalo, obtaining a degree in Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Dr. Phillips and her husband moved to East Texas in 2020, and have been both providing dental care to the area since.

She likes to spend time keeping active, and enjoying the outdoors with husband and young two children. Dr. Phillips is exited to be a part of the Kilgore community and looks forward to taking care of you and your family.

Dr. Phillips is a member of the Texas Dental Association, and American Dental Association. She is also active in a local Spear Education Study Club, which allows her to provide interdisciplinary care with other dentists and specialists in the area.
